Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timelines. Schedule service appointments and manage the workshop's appointment calendar. Effectively communicate any changes or additional findings to the customer during the service process. Process service orders, payments, and invoices accurately. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and follow-up.



Maintain a professional and organized service reception area. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive terminology, services, and basic repair principles. Proficiency in using service scheduling software and dealership management systems (DMS). Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service. Ability to work collaboratively with service technicians and management. Valid driver's license. supporting a skilled team of technicians.
