As Operations Manager, your mission will be to supervise, coordinate and optimize the organization's operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality and profitability. Design and execute projects and operational strategies that improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable regulations.
- Define objectives and achievement metrics to measure operational effectiveness for each business unit and department, through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide periodic reports to senior management on the status of operations.
- Assess and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.

- You should have a degree in Business Administration and Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics or related areas.
- It will be valuable that you have completed a Master's Degree in Operations Management, Business Management (MBA) or Project Management.
- It is essential that you have around 7 years of experience in leadership positions in operations, logistics, production, within the automotive distribution sector, as well as experience in process optimization, cost reduction and improvement of operational efficiency.
