We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the execution and technical delivery of industrial engineering projects related to Initiation Systems (IS) and Packaged Explosives (PEX) globally. Lead end-to-end engineering projects (design to start-up). Support international sites during commissioning, ramp-up, and stabilization. Standardize engineering practices and drive continuous improvement.



Review engineering documentation (P&IDs;, drawings, etc.). Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and multiple projects. Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. 7
- 10 years' experience in EPC or industrial project environments. Strong background in commissioning, plant construction, and multidisciplinary projects. Solid knowledge of engineering standards and documentation. Fluent in English and Spanish. Strong project management and communication skills.
