We are recruiting an Art Director to join the Murph team in Madrid. A senior profile with 8-10 years of experience, comfortable leading teams and taking creative ownership of the brands we work with.
Responsabilities:Sketching and brainstorming for creative projects.
Executing graphic design, video, and web design tasks and providing feedback.
Proposing layouts, art direction, and spatial design.
Maintaining and improving the project design system.
Required Experience+8years of experience in creative direction, design and art direction ideally within fashion or lifestyle.
Experience managing teams of 5 or 6 designers/art directors & external collaborators.
Deep cultural awareness and passion for fashion, beauty, and digital trends.
Native-level Spanish and C2 English.
Business & Finantial P&L; understanding + Budget experience is a plus. #
