Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe. Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, parts used, and equipment status. Collaborate with other maintenance team members, engineers, and production staff. Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Fitter or Fitter and Turner. Strong mechanical fitting skills, including knowledge of bearing fitting, shaft alignment, and general machinery repair. Experience with welding and fabrication is advantageous.
