What you will do
* Drive user adoption and increase automation rates of an existing AI-enabled solution.
* Own and prioritise the product backlog with business and IT stakeholders.
* Coordinate project deliverables, risks, dependencies and stakeholders.
* Translate business needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Facilitate workshops to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
* Analyse user feedback, support cases and operational data to identify barriers.
* Coordinate user acceptance testing, training, rollout, hypercare and ongoing support.
* Work with IT teams, business experts and external vendors to resolve incidents, bugs and enhancement requests. What you bring
* Approximately 3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis,



product ownership or process improvement.
* Experience with digitalisation, automation, AI or business transformation projects.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify process inefficiencies.
* Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and translating business needs into solution requirements.
* Understanding of process mapping and process optimisation techniques.
* Exposure to ERP, CRM, workflow automation or AI-enabled solutions.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
