Intuitive Surgical seeks a da Vinci Clinical Sales Associate in Madrid to drive utilization of da Vinci Surgical Systems across the region. The role combines clinical expertise development, surgical team training, and sales support to expand robotic surgery adoption among hospital staff and surgeons.

Responsibilities

- Execute clinical sales plan to maximize da Vinci system utilization in assigned territory
- Train surgical teams on system operations, OR integration, and surgical applications
- Develop qualification pipelines and engage hospital leadership and key opinion leaders on procedure adoption
- Support marketing events and create customized utilization plans for each surgical team
- Manage administrative reporting, expense documentation, and sales activity tracking

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum two years medical device support/training or healthcare sales experience
- Proven sales support or direct sales success
- Fluent in English and local language; strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfort with up to 70% travel and field presence
- Knowledge of operating room environment preferred
