Our client, a crucial service delivery organization operating within the public interest but independent of direct government employment, located in Queenstown, Eastern Cape , is seeking an experienced HR Generalist. The position requires full-time dedication on-site, fostering close collaboration with teams and leadership. You will be responsible for a wide array of HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, compliance, and HR policy implementation, all tailored to the unique operational environment. The idóneo candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR principles and a commitment to supporting a vital non-governmental entity. Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain qualified personnel. Oversee performance management systems, supporting goal setting and appraisal processes.



Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with regulations. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. Coordinate training and development programs for staff. Support health and safety initiatives within the workplace. Contribute to strategic HR planning and workforce development. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a non-governmental or public service-oriented organization. Experience with HRIS and standard office software.
