Our client, a growing enterprise within the retail sector, is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to support their operations in and around Queenstown. This is a full-time, on-site position essential for managing daily HR activities and ensuring a smooth operational workflow. The HR Officer will be involved in a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, assisting with employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The adecuado candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess a solid understanding of basic HR principles and South African labor law. National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role or as an HR Assistant/Officer.
