As Content Manager the employee reports directly to the Content Manager
- Team Lead.
Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Managing and monitoring the progress of linguistic projectsEnsuring content quality across a wide range of styles, terminologies, and formatsBalancing project budgets, negotiating deadlines, and ensuring overall profitabilityCollaborating closely with subsidiaries in target markets and with internal teamsEnsuring all content aligns with the client's desired tone, style, and brand identityBriefing and coordinating with freelance writers, translators, editors, proofreaders,



and reviewersHandling all tasks related to linguistic project coordinationRequirements:Proven experience in translation project management or a related role within the language services or digital/tech industryBachelor's degree in Languages, Communication, Translation, Business Administration, International Business, or a related fieldProficiency in project management tools (Airtable, Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar). familiarity with AI andautomation platforms is an assetClient-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsMandatory fluency in Arabic, French and English (written and spoken); Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies (QA, LQA) and process improvement frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
