As a Junior Human Resources Analyst, you will support core HR operations and people-related processes, contributing to a positive employee experience. You will work closely with HR, leadership, and employees to ensure the smooth execution of HR initiatives and daily operations. Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records. Assist with recruitment coordination and candidate communication. Help maintain HR systems, documentation, and data accuracy. Assist in organizing training, development, and HR programs.



Provide general administrative support to the HR team. 1+ year of experience in human resources, people operations, or administrative roles. Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor practices, and employee lifecycle. Willingness to learn and grow in human resources. Advanced level of English. 100% remote work (from anywhere).
