About the Role:

This is a newly established Finance Manager position for the organisation's largest and most complex entity. Reporting into senior group finance leadership, you will act as the right hand of the Group CFO for this entity, with full ownership of its finance function. You will partner strategically with senior management and international stakeholders, oversee end to end financial operations, reporting, compliance and controls, and lead and develop both finance teams.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the financial management of the entity, providing strategic financial oversight, insights and recommendations to senior management and finance leadership to support key business decisions and financial performance.
- Lead and develop the finance teams, providing direction across the function and ensuring effective delivery and continuous improvement.
- Oversee finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable, credit control, cash flow, banking, payments and general ledger, ensuring effective controls and timely collections and payments.
- Manage banking relationships and financial arrangements, working with local and international banking partners.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial processes, systems and automation, working with Finance and relevant stakeholders.




- Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting in line with corporate reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local statutory requirements and taxation obligations, including VAT and corporate tax.
- Manage audit and statutory requirements, intercompany and cross-border financial processes, and relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience managing the full finance function of a legal entity, within an international or multi-entity organisation.
- Proven experience leading and developing finance teams and managers.
- Strong commercial and strategic finance experience, with the ability to provide financial insight and support business decision-making.
- Hands-on experience across AP, AR, credit control, cash flow, taxation and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS.
- ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification, or a recognised university degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience managing cross-border transactions and intercompany processes.
- Good knowledge of local and cross-border VAT and tax regulations.
- Experience with auditors, statutory compliance and financial controls.
- Experience using ERP and financial reporting systems.
- Experience working within a structured finance organisation and implementing best practices and processes.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and operate effectively with senior stakeholders.
