KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC sites, landing pages, paid funnels and post-purchase upsells. You set the backlog, brief QA, launch tests and ship winners, building a fast, data-driven test program.
You should have 3–4+ years CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands, deep Intelligems expertise, and a proven ability to lift CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor with data-backed tests. This is a fully remote role.
