Head of Corporate Finance & Accounting | MadridResponsibilitiesLead statutory accounting under Spanish GAAP (PGC) and monthly closePrepare reporting and consolidation packages for our parent groupCoordinate external audit and statutory filings (Registro Mercantil, Tax Authorities)Manage relationships with external tax and legal advisorsManage intercompany transactions and support treasury, intragroup funding and cash managementBuild and improve finance processes and controlsQualificationsDegree in Finance, Accounting,



Economics or similarRequired SkillsSolid experience in Spanish statutory accounting and tax complianceExperience in multinational or group reporting environments; knowledge of IFRS is a strong plusExperience managing intercompany financial transactions, including cross-charges, cost reallocation and the settlement of balances between group entitiesExperience coordinating cross-border cash flows and fund transfers between companies within an international groupSpanish and English required (both fluent); French is a plusHands‑on, autonomous profile, comfortable in a growing organisationPreferred SkillsFrench is a plusPay range and compensation packagePermanent contractCompetitive compensation packageFlexible working model (4 days office / 1 day remote)Benefits package including meal vouchers [and private health insurance]A key role in the setup of a new energy organisation
