About the Role
This is a highly autonomous role for a product leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys turning ambitious ideas into products used by millions.
What You’ll Be Doing Safety & legal product strategy and delivery.
Internally developed moderation technologies.
Third-party safety partnerships and integrations.
Safety dashboards, monitoring, and quality assurance.
Red teaming and adversarial testing.
Trust and safety reviews for new features.
Incident follow-through and continuous improvement.
The position is fully remote (within CET ±3), long-term,



and offers compensation of up to €112,000 for the right candidate.
What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of AI, machine learning or LLM-based products.
Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and success metrics.
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design and data teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A highly proactive, ownership-driven approach.
Experience working in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
