The Customer Service Manager will lead the operational delivery of complex hospital service contracts across multiple hospital sites in Spain, ensuring high-quality technical service, contract compliance, and efficient coordination of field teams. Working closely with leadership, the role will focus on optimising operational performance, strengthening service quality, and maintaining strong relationships with hospital stakeholders. This is a key leadership position offering the opportunity to shape and professionalise service operations in a growing national business. * Proven experience managing technical service operations or field service teams, ideally in healthcare, medical technology
* Experience coordinating multi-site service delivery and operational teams
* Strong operational leadership with the ability to structure processes and improve service performance
* Experience working with hospital environments, biomedical equipment, or regulated technical service sectors is highly preferred
* Background in engineering, biomedical engineering, technical service, or a related technical discipline is an advantage
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organisation within an international group structure
