I’m partnering with a clinical-stage biotech to find experienced CRAs in SPAIN and GERMANY to support their ongoing clinical development programmes.
Respiratory trial experience is a strong plus, but CRAs from adjacent therapeutic areas with transferable monitoring experience are very welcome to apply.
Remote, field-based with regular site travelGermany: 0.4 FTE, increasing to 1.0 FTE in the new yearThe role Independently manage your own portfolio of investigational sitesConduct qualification, initiation, routine monitoring and close-out visits in line with ICH-GCPCarry out SDV and protocol compliance checks, and escalate deviations and risksAct as the main point of contact for investigators and site staffWork closely with CTMs,



CPMs and cross-functional study teamsWhat we’re looking for Proven experience as a CRA in a pharma, biotech or CRO settingA track record of independent on-site monitoring across the full study lifecycleStrong working knowledge of ICH-GCPComfort juggling multiple sites and competing prioritiesBased in Spain or Germany, with fluent local language skillsFlexibility to travel regularly to sitesNice to have Respiratory or adjacent TA experienceSponsor-side monitoring experienceExperience on complex, multicentre trialsIf you’re a hands-on CRA who enjoys owning site relationships and working with minimal supervision, I’d love to hear from you.
