About the Role
The Head of Bid Management is responsible for managing end-to-end bid processes for strategic, complex, and multi-country opportunities. Reporting to the Sales & Bid Management Director, the role ensures high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals by coordinating cross-functional teams and developing strong winning strategies. The Head of Bid Management plays a key role in securing major contracts and ensuring disciplined execution of tender processes in various countries within Cellnex Group. What We're Looking For Bid Management & Execution Lead the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to submission and contract award, ensuring a structured and efficient bid process. Manage complex bids, especially for multi-country, multi-vertical or strategic deals, coordinating all required stakeholders and deliverables.
