* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
* 6+ years of software development experience
* 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams
* Strong knowledge of system design, architecture, and scalable systems
* Experience with modern tech stacks (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, cloud platforms)
