At Across Legal, a law firm with offices in Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia, we are continuing to grow and are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive our marketing, communications and brand positioning strategy. We are looking for a proactive and independent professional to structure, professionalise and execute our marketing initiatives, aligning them with the firm's business objectives and growth strategy while strengthening our visibility and market presence. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES You will play an active role in developing, executing and continuously improving the firm's key marketing initiatives: Content Creation and Distribution
• Create and publish content on LinkedIn, the firm's website and newsletters.
• Collaborate with the legal team to turn complex topics into clear and engaging content.
• Adapt content into different formats (videos, written content, images, etc.). Social Media Management
• Manage the firm's social media channels (LinkedIn and X).
• Explore different content approaches and formats.
• Analyse performance and propose continuous improvements. AI and Automation
• Use AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Make and n8n.
• Develop automated workflows to optimise content creation, distribution and analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of marketing processes. Visibility and Brand Positioning
• Identify opportunities to increase visibility through media coverage, events and collaborations.
• Promote the firm's content and strengthen its market presence.
• Contribute to Across Legal's positioning within the startup, investor and technology ecosystem. Additional Areas for Learning and Development
• Legal Directories and Rankings: Assist in preparing submissions for legal directories such as Chambers,



Legal 500 and Leaders League, and in monitoring results.
• External Communications and Institutional Relations: Support relationships with legal and business media, identifying opportunities for visibility and collaboration with institutions and professional associations. REQUIREMENTS
• More than 3 years of experience in marketing, content creation or related fields.
• Interest in B2B environments and professional services.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear and accessible content.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to marketing.
• Proactive mindset, ability to work independently and results-oriented approach.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High level of English proficiency. NICE TO HAVE
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters or other digital channels.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Make or n8n.
• Previous experience in marketing and communications within the legal sector, particularly in law firms.
• Interest in the startup, technology and innovation ecosystem.
• Curiosity, creativity and a continuous learning mindset.
• Experience or knowledge of managing legal directories and rankings, such as Chambers, Legal 500 or Leaders League.
