Integral Product Owner (ServiceNow / ITSM / CMDB) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3 months initial with possibilities of extension Languages: English mandatory, Spanish preferred Project Summary Looking for a Global Product Owner, an ITSM solution based on ServiceNow, responsible for application management and ITSM processes across regions, as well as CMDB process management for IT assets (infrastructure, network, workplace) across all entities. The role involves close collaboration with business, IT, security, and architecture teams. Main Responsibilities Manage and guide regional Leads, including targets, guidelines, and issue support. Ensure consistency and data quality of the IT asset repository (CMDB). Manage CMDB data stewards and conduct governance and follow-up meetings. Produce KPIs, dashboards,



monthly governance committee materials, and knowledge documentation. Mandatory Experience ITIL process management: Asset/CMDB, Incident, Change, and Request. ServiceNow services configuration: business services, routing rules, and service catalog. CMDB data management. Application management: requirement gathering, functional and technical assessment, development, and testing. Background as a Process Manager in IT/Security environments, improving IT processes. Preferred Experience ServiceNow administration experience (admin rights). Insurance or assistance sector experience. Budget management.
