Contract Recruiter – Remote | Part-Time or Full-TimeWe are seeking experienced Contract Recruiters to support ongoing recruiting projects across technology and consumer-focused industries. This is a fully remote opportunity available on either a part-time or full-time basis. We are looking for hands-on recruiters who know how to identify strong candidates, generate interest, screen and qualify prospects, and move candidates through the recruitment process. Responsibilities
• Source and recruit qualified candidates for assigned positions
• Identify and engage both active and passive candidates
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification
• Present opportunities effectively and generate candidate interest
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and follow-up
• Develop candidate pipelines for current and future openings
• Work independently in a remote environment
• Maintain accurate recruiting and candidate activity records Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of professional recruiting experience
• Recruiting experience within technology and/or consumer products
• Demonstrated experience sourcing and engaging candidates




• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and other online recruiting/sourcing platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches
