We are currently looking for an experienced Project Development Manager to join a company in the energy sector and oversee the development of hybrid energy projects. Main Responsibilities
• Manage projects throughout the development phase, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Define and coordinate permitting strategies and monitor their progress with the relevant authorities.
• Manage the documentation and processes required to bring projects to an investment-ready stage.
• Coordinate technical, legal and commercial workstreams throughout project development.
• Build and maintain relationships with public administrations, external advisors, landowners and other key stakeholders.
• Identify potential development risks and implement appropriate mitigation actions.
• Support negotiations and contractual processes related to project development.
• Monitor project schedules, priorities and dependencies across multiple projects.




• Work closely with multidisciplinary internal teams to ensure alignment throughout the development process.
• Support and provide guidance to other members of the team when required. Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in project development and/or permitting within the energy or infrastructure sector.
• Experience managing projects through different stages of development.
• Strong understanding of permitting processes and interaction with public authorities.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Technical or engineering background will be considered an advantage.
• Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage several priorities simultaneously.
• Professional level of English and Spanish.
• Availability to travel when required.
