As Strategic Buyer Iberia, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies across both Food and Non-Food categories in Spain and Portugal. Working closely with suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders, you will identify business opportunities, negotiate competitive agreements and expand Entegra's supplier network to support the company's growth ambitions in the region. This role requires a strong understanding of the Iberian supplier landscape, excellent negotiation capabilities and the ability to build long-term strategic partnerships within the hospitality and foodservice sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across designated Food and Non-Food categories.
• Identify new supplier opportunities and market trends to strengthen Entegra's value proposition.
• Manage category performance, ensuring competitiveness, innovation and service excellence.
• Monitor market developments, pricing trends and supplier capabilities across Iberia. Supplier Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers across Spain and Portugal.
• Lead supplier selection, qualification and performance management processes.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contractual terms to maximize value for clients and Entegra.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with strategic suppliers. Business Development Support




• Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to support client acquisition and retention.
• Contribute procurement expertise during client presentations and commercial discussions.
• Help expand category coverage and identify new opportunities aligned with Entegra's growth strategy. Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with regional and international procurement teams to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver procurement solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
• Share market intelligence and supplier insights across the organization. Profile Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Category Management or a related field.
• Proven experience negotiating and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish supplier market, particularly within Food and/or Non-Food categories.
• Knowledge of the Portuguese market is highly desirable.
• Experience in Hospitality, Foodservice, Catering, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), Wholesale or Distribution environments is preferred. Skills & Competencies
