? Capitole keeps growing, and we want you to grow with us ? Are you an IT Support Engineer with experience in Microsoft Azure, Databricks and Incident Management? At Capitole, we are looking for an IT Support Azure (M/F) to join an exciting international cloud project in a 100% remote environment. ? What will you do?
• Manage, investigate and resolve incidents and service requests in Microsoft Azure environments.
• Monitor cloud services using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights.
• Provide technical support for Azure services, Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
• Analyse incidents, identify root causes and coordinate escalations when necessary.
• Manage and track support tickets using Jira or similar ticketing tools.
• Develop small automations and scripts using PowerShell or Python.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve cloud operations and service reliability. ? What are we looking for?
• At least 2 years of experience in IT Support, Service Operations or Incident Management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and its cloud services.
• Basic knowledge or experience with Databricks.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Experience with incident management and ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell or Python.
• Familiarity with Azure monitoring, logging and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Azure networking,



identity management or cloud infrastructure is a plus.
• Advanced English
