Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Vilà Vila Serveis Ambientals is a full-time, on-site role based in Sant Fruitós de Bages. This role is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Daily activities include coordinating hiring processes with department leads, administering payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The Human Resources Manager will support managers in handling employee relations matters, lead conflict resolution efforts, and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records, preparing reports for leadership, organizing training and development initiatives, and contributing to strategic workforce planning. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation, HR policies,



and best practices applicable to an on-site work environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
• Proven organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple HR processes and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS), payroll administration, and basic data reporting and analysis.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the region is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role, preferably within industrial, environmental services, or related sectors.
