Our mission is to ensure that all software delivered by development teams reaches our customers in a stable, measurable, well-documented, and easily adoptable manner. We take a holistic approach to the platform—focusing not only on code functionality, but also on release engineering,



environment management, performance optimization, observability, customer documentation, and user experience. You will join a cross-functional team responsible for platform quality and operational readiness from initial code completion through to production adoption. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal development teams and external customers. Because project priorities and technical domains evolve dynamically, we are seeking an adaptable engineer who thrives in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Process Optimization: Design and refine release pipelines to reduce operational errors and streamline deployments.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy and integrate automated end-to-end (E2E) testing frameworks to safeguard overall code quality.
• Environment Management: Provision, deploy, and maintain non-development environments (e.g., UAT, Staging, Demo).
• Performance Engineering: Design and execute load, stress, and regression testing to identify bottlenecks and maintain performance benchmarks across release cycles.
• Observability & Reliability: Maintain platform stability, measurability, and monitoring by configuring metrics, dashboards, and alerting systems.
• Automation & Tooling: Develop custom scripts and tooling to automate operational, testing,



and deployment workflows.
• Technical Documentation: Author and maintain customer-facing release notes, platform documentation, and integration guides.
• Tier-1 Technical Support (

): Guide customers through platform updates, assist in logging enhancement requests, and perform root-cause investigations to enable swift resolution by engineering teams. Requirements
• Proven professional experience in QA engineering, Release Management, DevOps, or a platform-facing technical role.
• Strong proficiency in scripting and programming languages, including Go, Groovy, Java, JavaScript, Python, or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks, including end-to-end testing suites.
• Strong technical diagnostic skills with a proven track record of writing clear, actionable bug reports for developers.
• Good written and verbal communication skills across technical teams and customer stakeholders.
• High adaptability and comfort navigating shifting priorities across multiple technical disciplines. Nice to Have
• Experience building or scaling QA automation frameworks from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience configuring enterprise monitoring and alerting platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Proficiency with performance and load-testing tools (e.g., k6, JMeter, Gatling).
