About the job At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced IT Product Manager – Finance Forecasting Hub to join a major international project within the pharmaceutical industry. This role combines Product Management, Finance Forecasting, FP&A;, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Agile Delivery, and Digital Transformation, enabling the development of innovative forecasting and planning capabilities for a general Finance organization. You will work at the intersection of Finance, Data, AI and IT, helping shape the future of Finance through data-driven decision-making and next-generation AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with Finance leaders, AI & Data teams, ERP stakeholders, and technology teams in a highly international environment, driving the delivery of scalable solutions powered by Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. ?

responsibilities:
• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Finance Forecasting Hub.
• Translate strategic Finance priorities into scalable digital products and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead and guide a multidisciplinary Agile squad, driving the delivery of high-value capabilities.
• Partner with Finance, Data, AI, ERP, and IT stakeholders to align priorities and objectives.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams, products, and initiatives.
• Balance global product standards with local business requirements.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and strategic impact.
• Drive adoption of advanced analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI capabilities within Finance processes.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support Agile delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure continuous improvement of product delivery practices.
• Monitor product performance, success metrics, and value realization.




• Manage product budgets and support investment decisions aligned with business outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to the long-term evolution and sustainability of Finance digital products. ? Who are you?
• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, IT Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product leadership role.
• Previous experience in Finance Forecasting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), budgeting, or planning functions.
• Proven experience owning product roadmaps and managing products through their full lifecycle.
• Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or similar frameworks).
• Solid understanding of Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and AI-driven business solutions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in international and matrix organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business leaders.
• Experience managing priorities, dependencies, and complex organizational landscapes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Experience delivering AI-powered products within Finance organizations.
• Exposure to Finance ERP ecosystems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of Financial Performance Management, forecasting models, and planning processes.




• Knowledge of Data Science methodologies and AI product development lifecycles.
• Experience managing product budgets and investment portfolios.
• Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Product Management certifications.
• Exposure to cloud-based analytics and enterprise data platforms.
