About the Role
We are looking for a proactive an detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team in Barcelona The adecuado candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates through various sourcing channels to support the company's hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, databases, and other relevant channels
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through direct outreach and networking
• Conduct candidate research and talent mapping to build strong talent pipelines
• Review CVs and candidate profiles to assess suitability for open positions




• Apply Boolean search techniques and other sourcing strategies to identify relevant talent
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and motivation
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies
• Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines
• Track sourcing activities and monitor candidate outreach and response rates
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process Requirements
• 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing
• Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing is essential
• Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and other online platforms to identify potential candidates
• Basic knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies
• Experience with passive candidate sourcing and direct candidate outreach
• Strong research, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach
• Good command of English
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or recruitment databases is an advantage
