SAP CX Consultant

Barcelona, Budapest or Warsaw Hybrid Onsite Model: 30-50% onsite Experience required: 3-7 years Start Date: January 2027 Duration: 12 months Project planned for 6 year S4 HANA Public Cloud scope. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP CX Consultant to support a large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. The successful candidate will lead business transformation activities, drive process standardisation, and ensure successful adoption of SAP Customer Experience solutions across multiple business units. Based on the programme's transformation model, the role requires strong stakeholder engagement, process expertise, and experience supporting complex SAP deployments.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead business transformation and process readiness for deployment
• Align business stakeholders with core processes and standard SAP best practices
• Support organisational change management and business adoption activities
• Prepare and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops
• Collaborate closely with technical consultants, solution architects, and programme stakeholders
• Ensure business prerequisites are met ahead of deployment activities
• Support data, testing, cutover and go-live readiness activities
• Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Capture, document and share deployment best practices across the programme Required SAP CX Expertise
