Job Title: Project Manager

Location:
Marbella, Spain (or as required by the project) Position Overview We are seeking a talented and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate, development, construction, or hospitality projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing key stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate projects from inception through completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance against agreed milestones, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and operational challenges.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management.
• Manage procurement processes, tenders, and contractor appointments.




• Liaise with public authorities, regulatory bodies, and utility providers as required.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulations, and company standards.
• Drive effective communication among all project stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in real estate development, hospitality projects, construction, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management software is an advantage.
• Fluent English is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
