We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced bid managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide decks across core workflows: RFI responses, solicitation compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, pricing volume submissions, capture plans, and proposal executive summaries.

Compensation

$100/hour

Commitment

Adaptable, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Qualifications

- 5+ years leading RFI and RFP responses for public-sector or government contracting opportunities
- Direct ownership of compliance matrices, past-performance narratives,



and capture plans for competitive government solicitations
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
