Director of Product Management – Southern Europe (ADP)
Location: Milan or Barcelona (European Union)

Working hours: Full-time

Own business outcomes for product-market fit, growth, and profitability across Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy).

Share accountability with regional leadership for revenue, adoption, client retention, and NPS.

Lead product strategy in a global platform model, aligning the regional product strategy and roadmap with ADP's global platform direction.

Drive AI-enabled product innovation – lead the development of AI-powered product experiences, partner with Engineering, AI, and UX, and ensure security, compliance, and data governance standards.

Build and lead a high-performing product organization – coach and develop a team of Product Managers, establish product management practices, and build a culture of ownership.

Own end-to-end delivery outcomes, ensuring execution excellence, speed, quality, and scalability.

Act as an executive product partner – engage enterprise clients, partners, and senior stakeholders; represent the region in global product forums.

Key Requirements

Proven experience owning regional or multi-market product portfolios with measurable business impact.

Strong track record of delivering growth, adoption, and customer value in enterprise environments.

Experience operating in a general product organization with local market adaptations.

Deep understanding of complex, regulated domains (HR tech, payroll, or adjacent).

Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in matrixed organizations.





Strong commercial acumen and executive stakeholder management skills.

Experience driving or contributing to AI-enabled product innovation is a strong advantage.

Fluent in English; advanced in Italian and/or Spanish.

Right to work in the EU.

Competitive Compensation
Base salary: EUR 79,400 – EUR 9,400 per year (gross).

Variable pay may be included.
