- Define and implement the HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee on all people-related matters.
- Lead employee relations and labour matters, ensuring compliance while supporting business needs.
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives across corporate, commercial and operational functions.
- Enhance performance management, talent development and succession planning processes.
- Design and implement learning and development initiatives to strengthen organisational capabilities.
- Lead employee engagement and internal communication programmes.
- Manage and develop the HR function, ensuring efficient delivery of people services.
- Support organisational transformation and change management initiatives.
- Develop HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner closely with business leaders to improve workforce effectiveness and organisational performance.
