TikTok is seeking an experienced logistics operations manager to oversee end-to-end logistics across EU new markets, including import clearance, courier delivery, warehouse fulfillment, and reverse logistics. You will own SOPs, KPI tracking, and drive improvements.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong knowledge of 3PLs across EU, data-driven decision making, and fluent Chinese for CN cross-border coordination. Travel within Europe is possible.
