We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise to design, automate, secure and operate business-critical infrastructure and application environments.

This role combines Cloud Engineering, Platform Automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps , with a strong focus on production reliability, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a hands-on engineer who goes beyond building pipelines: someone who understands how complex systems operate in production, takes ownership of infrastructure and deployments, and can troubleshoot critical incidents across cloud, hybrid and on-premises environments.

What you’ll work with

- Cloud Platform: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), hybrid and on-premises infrastructure
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines and equivalent CI/CD platforms
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible, Pulumi
- Version Control: Git, branching strategies, Pull Requests, release management and artifact management
- Observability: Google Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry and APM tools
- Security & DevSecOps: IAM, Secret Manager, least privilege, TLS, vulnerability management, infrastructure hardening and software supply chain security
- Automation & Scripting: Bash, Shell Scripting, Python
- Reliability & Recovery: Backups, disaster recovery, rollback strategies, runbooks and operational automation
- Ways of working: Agile, DevOps, cross-functional engineering teams

What you’ll do

- Design, implement and maintain secure, scalable and reliable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform
- Build, optimize and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines or equivalent technologies
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration and lifecycle management using Terraform, OpenTofu or equivalent IaC tools
- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes , including GKE environments where applicable
- Implement secure Git workflows, branching strategies, release processes,



approval mechanisms and artifact management
- Configure and secure CI/CD runners, secrets and deployment credentials
- Develop and improve observability capabilities, including monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting and operational dashboards
- Troubleshoot complex production incidents across infrastructure, networking, applications and deployment pipelines
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions
- Apply DevSecOps practices, including IAM policies, least-privilege access, vulnerability remediation and infrastructure hardening
- Implement and validate backup, restore, rollback and disaster recovery procedures
- Automate operational processes to reduce manual intervention and improve platform reliability
- Collaborate closely with CTO, CISO, development and infrastructure teams to align technical solutions with security, operational and business requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks and knowledge-transfer procedures

What we’re looking for

- Senior-level experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or Platform Engineering, with proven responsibility for production environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or another major public cloud, with GCP expertise highly preferred
- Solid experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines , particularly GitHub Actions and/or Bitbucket Pipelines
- Strong knowledge of Git , branching strategies, releases, approvals, runners and pipeline security
- Practical experience with Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible or equivalent Infrastructure as Code technologies




- Strong understanding of Docker and Kubernetes or managed container platforms
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Linux-based environments
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, alerting and observability solutions
- Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, TLS and infrastructure hardening
- Experience identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities and infrastructure risks
- Experience with backup, restore, rollback and disaster recovery processes
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and production systems
- Ability to work independently, prioritize critical issues and take ownership of technical decisions
- Strong documentation, communication and knowledge-transfer skills
- Professional working proficiency in English , both written and spoken, with the ability to participate confidently in technical discussions

- Experience building reusable Terraform modules and implementing Infrastructure as Code best practices
- Experience securing CI/CD pipelines, managing self-hosted runners and implementing software supply chain security controls
- Knowledge of SAST, DAST, SCA and container vulnerability scanning
- Experience with GitOps and Argo CD
- Experience implementing observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry
- Experience working in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments
- Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, incident management and service reliability
- Experience collaborating directly with CTOs, CISOs and software engineering teams
