We are looking for a Data Scientist to join an established AI team working on innovative Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence initiatives with direct business impact.

Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions in production environments.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify data-driven opportunities.
- Design and develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate new initiatives and use cases.
- Build predictive models related to forecasting, optimization and business decision-making.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers and Analytics teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Utilize cloud and Big Data technologies to process large volumes of data and improve model performance.
- Contribute to the full project lifecycle, from research and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience developing AI or Machine Learning solutions with Python.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.




- Experience delivering end-to-end Machine Learning projects from PoC to production.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in collaborative and multidisciplinary environments.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields.

Nice to Have

- Experience within Retail, Fashion, eCommerce or Supply Chain environments.
- Experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda or related technologies.
- Knowledge of Databricks, Airflow or Big Data ecosystems.
- Experience with CI/CD practices, Jenkins and MLOps.
- Experience in Computer Vision, NLP and/or Generative AI projects.
- Experience building forecasting or optimization models.
