The roleReporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in the financial management of our projects and the management company. This is a hands-on position with high visibility, exposure to institutional‑grade transactions, and real scope to grow with the firm.

Key responsibilities
Maintain project financial models, updating quarterly actuals and analysing variances against business planReview the accounts of project SPVs and the management company prepared by the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and consistency with financial models and reportingPrepare cash flow forecasts at project and company levelManage loan drawdowns and prepare covenant compliance certificates under development facilitiesPrepare periodic reporting for JV partners,



investors and lendersCoordinate year-end closes and statutory audits with the accounting team and external auditorsSupport tax compliance and transfer pricing alongside external advisorsAssist the CFO on new acquisitions, financing processes, the management company’s budget and ad hoc analysisWhat we’re looking forDegree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar3-5 years of experience in audit (Big Four or mid-tier), accounting, corporate finance, fund administration or a finance role within real estateStrong Excel and financial modelling skillsSolid knowledge of Spanish GAAP (PGC) and Spanish tax basicsFluent Spanish and professional English (written and spoken)Rigorous, organised and comfortable managing several entities and deadlines in parallelExperience with real estate development finance, Flex Living or BTS projects, SPV structures or lender reporting is a strong plusWhat
