The Senior HR Specialist (Total Rewards & Performance Management) is responsible for Total Rewards and Performance Management processes across the organization. Working closely with managers, Finance, Talent Acquisition and other business stakeholders, the role ensures accurate workforce and compensation data, consistent application of HR policies and practices, and effective support for salary review, budgeting, forecasting and organizational structure management.
ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the performance management cycle, including planning, communication, system setup, timelines, reporting, coordinating calibrations, and support to managersAdminister compensation and benefits processes, including health insurance, allowances, reward and recognition programs, and bonus-related data preparation and validationMaintain salary ranges, grade maps, and support the annual salary review process through preparation, data accuracy, and collaboration with managers and FinanceMaintain accurate Salary files and ensure consistency between HRIS, payroll,
