About the Role
Our client, a cutting-edge digital product studio located in León, Guanajuato , is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead User Experience (UX) Designer. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining and driving the UX strategy across a range of innovative digital products. The adecuado candidate will have a proven ability to lead design thinking processes, conduct user research, create intuitive user flows, and craft compelling wireframes and prototypes. You will mentor a team of UX designers, collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, and advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation for various digital products. Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights. Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into functional product features. Mentor and guide a team of UX designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.



Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization. Define and maintain design standards and style guides to ensure consistency. Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Stay abreast of the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design for digital products. Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision). Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience conducting various forms of user research and usability testing. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and mentor a design team effectively. Experience working in agile development environments. Familiarity with front-end development principles is a plus. Passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
