We are looking for a Data Scientist to join an established AI team working on innovative Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence initiatives with direct business impact. Responsibilities Develop and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions in production environments. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify data-driven opportunities. Design and develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate new initiatives and use cases. Build predictive models related to forecasting, optimization and business decision-making. Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers and Analytics teams to deliver scalable solutions. Utilize cloud and Big Data technologies to process large volumes of data and improve model performance. Contribute to the full project lifecycle, from research and prototyping to deployment and maintenance. Required Skills 3+ years of experience developing AI or Machine Learning solutions with Python. Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning. Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.



Experience delivering end-to-end Machine Learning projects from PoC to production. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience working in collaborative and multidisciplinary environments. Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields. Nice to Have Experience within Retail, Fashion, eCommerce or Supply Chain environments. Experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda or related technologies. Knowledge of Databricks, Airflow or Big Data ecosystems. Experience with CI/CD practices, Jenkins and MLOps. Experience in Computer Vision, NLP and/or Generative AI projects. Experience building forecasting or optimization models.
