Review salary and payroll-related policies across operating countries, and continuously optimize overseas payroll calculation processes.
Own overseas employee compensation management, ensuring salaries, individual income tax filings, and social security contributions are processed accurately and on time.
Responsible for overseas payroll data verification, compensation data analysis and reporting, payroll audits, and annual statutory declarations.
Manage day-to-day communication with and performance oversight of overseas HR and payroll vendors.
Respond to employee inquiries on compensation and benefits matters, and support the overseas HR team in driving compensation-related projects forward.




Take on other overseas compensation and payroll duties as assigned.
Job RequirementsPrior payroll or compensation operations experience in a multinational environment.
Proficient command of English and Spanish — strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to work as a primary communication language in a cross-cultural setting.
Solid analytical and problem-solving ability, with high attention to detail and a strong sense of data compliance.
Good professional ethics, strong team spirit, and a high sense of responsibility.
