Our client develops advanced intelligence technology that helps governments and national-security organisations detect, analyse and counter disinformation, foreign influence operations and emerging information threats. Having established a strong presence within the UK government market, the business is now looking to expand its European footprint This is an opportunity to join an ambitious, well-funded technology business at an exciting growth stage, working directly with the CEO to build and execute its European commercial strategy. What's on Offer Fully remote position, based anywhere in Europe, with a preference for Sweden, Denmark or Estonia Ownership of European government sales and new market development Direct access to the CEO and senior technical leadership Existing UK government relationships and commercial traction to build upon Opportunity to shape the European go-to-market strategy Significant autonomy within a growing AI and defence technology business The Role Drive new business across European government, defence, intelligence and national-security organisations Develop and execute a commercial strategy across the Nordics, Baltics and wider European markets Identify, engage and build relationships with senior government decision-makers Manage complex, consultative sales cycles,



from initial engagement and technical discovery through to contract negotiation and closing Leverage existing relationships and networks to accelerate market entry Work closely with the CEO and technical teams to position the company's technology Build a sustainable pipeline of government opportunities and deliver against ambitious revenue targets Help shape the company's wider European expansion strategy What We're Looking For Proven experience selling technology or intelligence solutions into government, defence, national security or intelligence organisations A strong network of government and defence stakeholders across Europe, ideally within the Nordics or Baltics Experience in one or more of the following areas: Disinformation / FIMI / Influence Operations Defence Technology / National Security Software AI-powered intelligence and analytics Demonstrable success originating and closing complex government contracts Strong new-business mentality, with the ability to build markets and open doors independently Commercially and technically confident, comfortable leading discovery and customer conversations without extensive pre-sales support Experience working within a start-up, scale-up or entrepreneurial technology environment would be highly advantageous Comfortable navigating lengthy procurement processes and complex stakeholder environments Why Consider This Opportunity?
