As Director, Data and AI Architecture, you are leading our enterprise data management, engineering, modelling and AI capabilities. Your role is to be a leader within the broader global data, analytics and AI team to drive the design and implementation of our modern data and insights platform. You will oversee data engineering and data management teams, ensuring robust, scalable, and innovative solutions that support business strategy and deliver value across the organization.
You will be accountable for the end to end design and delivery of data architecture from data ingestion through data and semantic modelling.
You will be accountable for data management, including metadata management, data quality, and governanceResponsibilities:Define and own the architecture for data, analytics, and AI, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy, in partnership with the broader enterprise architecture teamOversee and guide data engineering and data management teams, providing technical leadership and mentorshipLead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines, data models, and storage solutions, integrating diverse data sources into a unified ecosystem with data quality controls, monitoring and incident workflowsEstablish and enforce standards, best practices, and governance for data engineering, data management, and AI developmentOversee metadata management, data lineage, and certification processes to ensure data reliability and traceabilityPromote metadata-driven approaches for agile and automated governance, including design and implementation of data dictionaries, glossaries, catalogs and lineage toolsCollaborate with business stakeholders, product owners,
