About the Role We are looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international team in Barcelona. This role is suitable for a motivated professional with experience in sales, client communication, and business development.
Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential business clients.
Generate new leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong business relationships.
Follow up with potential clients and manage sales opportunities.
Keep client information and sales activities updated in CRM systems.
Work towards individual and team targets.
Requirements
~ C1 level German and B2 level English.




~2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
~ Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, or outbound sales.
~ Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
~ Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
~ A proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
~ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
