Our partner is looking for a GTM Operations Manager based in Spain. As a GTM Operations Manager, you will help build and optimize the systems, workflows, and automations that connect Sales, Marketing, and Customer Growth teams. Working across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and AI-powered tools, you will improve data quality, streamline handoffs, and make customer lifecycle programs more reliable. You will own projects from initial scoping through implementation, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement. You will join a remote-first, international environment that values ownership, practical problem-solving, continuous learning, and high-quality execution.
