This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO and investors, offering the opportunity to shape the finance function and influence strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the transformation of the finance function, including systems, reporting, FP&A;, and controlsImplement scalable processes to support growth and operational excellenceStrengthen investor reporting, cash flow management,



and board reportingProvide strategic financial guidance to support growth initiatives and potential M&A; activityAct as a hands-on operational partner to the leadership team

Requirements / Idóneo Candidate:

Proven interim CFO with finance transformation experience, ideally in tech, digital servicesMust have worked for PE-backed businesses previouslyExperience scaling finance teams and implementing systems and controlsFluent in English and SpanishStrong board/investor reporting and strategic advisory skillsFlexible, autonomous, and comfortable with fast-paced environments
