Key Responsibilities

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative new products.
- Translate business needs and market opportunities into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.




- Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.
- Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and inform future development.
- Facilitate product launch activities, including go-to-market strategies and internal training.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with a strong focus on innovation and new product development.
- Proven experience launching successful new products or features.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
- Technical background or strong understanding of software development is a plus.
