The Role We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Analyst to join our team in Madrid. This is an opportunity for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys combining content creation, brand management, and digital marketing. You will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Director, contribute to international projects, and progressively take ownership of initiatives as you develop your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Corporate Identity
* Develop, update, and enhance corporate and commercial presentations, ensuring clear messaging, strong visual quality, and brand consistency.
* Create and adapt corporate materials for different audiences, teams, projects, and events.
* Maintain corporate templates, the Brand Portal, and the digital asset library.
* Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across communications and materials.
* Coordinate external designers and creative partners, managing briefs, timelines, revisions, and deliverables. Digital Marketing & Content
* Develop and maintain the editorial calendar for the company's digital channels, particularly LinkedIn.
* Propose, write, adapt, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with corporate priorities.
* Manage content for the company's YouTube channel.
* Create and coordinate website content, including news, articles, and project updates,



working with technical partners on publication and improvements.
* Support SEO initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen the company's digital presence.
* Collect, organize, and verify data for marketing and communications reports. Project Coordination & Operational Support
* Coordinate assigned marketing activities and requests across departments, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
* Maintain organized marketing materials and documentation and contribute to improving internal workflows.
* Collaborate on selected corporate events, project communications, and other initiatives as needed. What We're Looking For Experience & Skills
* Ideally 1--3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, digital content, or a related field. Flexibility for candidates demonstrating strong potential.
* Excellent writing, editing, and content synthesis skills in Spanish.
* Strong English communication skills, with the ability to independently draft and adapt professional content.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including the ability to create well-structured, visually engaging presentations.
* Hands-on experience coordinating external creative suppliers or agencies, managing deliverables and revisions.
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of LinkedIn content management, SEO, and digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
* Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS),



such as WordPress.
* Good visual judgment and sensitivity to brand consistency. Advanced graphic design skills are not required. Personal Qualities
