Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital R&D; & Automation Engineer to design and automate tools and workflows for ASIC/IC design. You will develop scripts, optimize standard flows, and support multiple teams including Digital, CAD and IT. Responsibilities include CI/CD integration for IC design, Linux environment management, and applying AI-assisted tooling. A strong software background and experience with Verilog/System Verilog are a plus; CAD tool support experience is valued.
